    What Causes Tennis Elbow and How Ayurveda Helps With It

    Symptoms and Signs of Tennis Elbow

    There are some tell-tale signs of tennis elbow in those who suffer from it. Recognizing early signs can make it easier to recover from this disorder with just some rest and pain medication. Delaying too much can cause excessive damage and may even require surgery in the worst cases.

    Below are some of the symptoms of Tennis Elbow:

    • Inflammation of the elbow
    • Muscle Fatigue
    • Tenderness in the site
    • Redness in the area
    • Heat radiating from the area
    • Excessive pain causing immobilization
    • Discomfort in the rest of the hand, such as the forearm and fingers

    Ayurvedic Techniques to Remedy Tennis Elbow
